Q: Is there a minimum number of lines to be registered by each company?

No minimum registered lines for Basic & Advance Plans. However, for Custom Plan, we advice customers to register minimum 10 lines to fully utilize the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server License from Vodafone fee and Client Access License fee.
