Usage Commitment
• The monthly Usage Commitment
of RM38 (Power38) can be used to set off against all of the customers
call charges, SMS charges and data charges
• In the case where the total monthly usage / call charge is less
than RM38 (e.g. RM20), customers must pay the Monthly usage commitment
i.e. RM38 plus the VAS charges subscribed.
• In the case where the total monthly usage / call charge is more
than RM38 (e.g. RM70), customers must pay the monthly usage / call
charges plus the VAS charges subscribed.
Unused Usage Commitment
• In the case where the total
monthly usage / call charge is less than RM38 (e.g. RM20), the
remaining unused balance of RM18 will be forfeited.
Deposit
• The RM50 deposit is waived when customer subscribe into this package.
• RM1,300 deposit will be charged for foreigner subscriptions.
Connection Fee
• The RM50 connection fee is waived when customer subscribe into this package.
Value Added Services
• Itemized billing offered is chargeable at RM3. This option is not mandatory.
• Customers can also subscribe to any other VAS offered by Celcom
and are chargeable as per published rate.
Disconnection and Termination
• In the event of
termination of the Service or the Customer Agreement Form (CAF), the
customer's deposit (if any) shall be refunded on actual amount paid
LESS any amount due and outstanding to Celcom.
• Termination of Services or the Customer Agreement Form (CAF)
shall result in customer being charges a penalty of RM150 in the bill.
This applies to principal account that have contract period of 24
months (Power38) and 12 months (Power18).
Reconnection
• Upon reconnection of the
Service, customers will be reconnected into the SAME bill plan and
continue to enjoy the entire tariff rate offered under this plan.
• RM10 reconnection fee will be imposed.
Supplementary Plan
• Only 3 Supplementary
lines are allowed to be subscribed under one (1) Principal lines. All
lines must have the same pre-fix number.
